My name is Lorraine Norwood and since the pandemic, I had been suffering from bad knees and lower back pains. This pain was so severe which caused me to limit how I was working out because of the pain. I stopped working out and started to just focus on continuing to eat healthily. I realized that wasn’t enough for me, I decided to reach out to Sheena to see if she could come up with a workout video for me. The workout video was just what I needed and it didn’t have a lot of exercises that weren’t so hard on my legs and back. I started this journey back in January, it’s now April and I have lost a total of 23 pounds. Special thanks to Sheena and all the great work that you are doing.

Before the world shut down in March of 2020 when Covid 19 pandemic hit, I was working out with Sheena. I found her to be very energetic, knowledgeable, and a great spirit.
