My name is Lorraine Norwood and since the pandemic, I had been suffering from bad knees and lower back pains. This pain was so severe which caused me to limit how I was working out because of the pain. I stopped working out and started to just focus on continuing to eat healthily. I realized that wasn’t enough for me, I decided to reach out to Sheena to see if she could come up with a workout video for me. The workout video was just what I needed and it didn’t have a lot of exercises that weren’t so hard on my legs and back. I started this journey back in January, it’s now April and I have lost a total of 23 pounds.

Before the world shut down in March of 2020 when Covid 19 pandemic hit, I was working out with Sheena. I found her to be very energetic, knowledgeable, and a great spirit. Her teaching methods are bar none. Sheena makes all her workouts fun, different, and sassy. She adds something new and different to each one. She's not just the teacher, she's a willing participant. If she says 25 burpees, she does them too. I love how she'll combine 2 exercises in one. We will squat with a shoulder press. I love it. Sheena is an awesome, bold, and concerned fitness instructor. I'll train with her any time. She's simply the best.

Cannot praise Sheena and her team enough! I have only been working with them for a few weeks, but the difference they’ve made to my mindset and attitude, as well as my fitness levels, is amazing! They’re very supportive and encouraging, and not just during the workout sessions. Thank you!

I started working with Sheena and her team during the latter phase of lockdown. I’ve enjoyed getting back into weights; the program allowed me to take time for myself again. 9lbs down, feeling stronger & fitter! Looking forward to the next chapter!

I’ve only had three sessions with Sheena and her team so far, and have never enjoyed exercise, but I have looked forward to them every week and I don’t see that stopping any time soon! I am in no way in good shape, but the trainers are fantastic at catering to any fitness level, making you feel comfortable, while making sure you are working hard at a level that you are capable of! Her classes are always fun and the best part is how great you feel afterwards!

When I first started training with Knew You, I didn’t even know how to exercise properly. But with their help, I quickly improved week by week.
